Gosnells Police are seeking assistance with a series of frauds that occurred at a shopping centre in Maddington on Sunday 14 October 2018.

Around 4:10pm a wallet was stolen from the carry basket under the seat of a stroller inside a shopping centre on Attfield Street. The victim was not aware their wallet was stolen until the bank called to notify the victim of several suspicious transactions.

The card was used to make eight fraudulent transactions totalling hundreds of dollars in the shopping centre before the card was cancelled.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The woman is described as dark brown skinned, 30-40 years of age, medium build and long dark hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a grey shirt, with light coloured jeans and grey shoes.
