At around 10.40pm on Sunday 20 August 2023, a man walked into a service station store on Scarborough Beach Road in Innaloo and used a stolen bank card to make a fraudulent purchase. The same stolen bank card was used to make a further seven fraudulent purchase that evening and into the early hours of the following morning across numerous Perth suburbs. The victim is unsure how or when his bank card was removed from his wallet.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, medium build, between 40 to 50 years of age with short brown curly hair. He was wearing a black and white ‘Adidas’ tracksuit top, beige trousers, white shoes and a black ‘Pirates’ cap.
