At around 5.10pm on Sunday 16 January 2022, a man is seen on CCTV enter a hardware store on Hartman Drive in Landsdale. The man went into the tool section and placed a battery charger, worksite radio and air compressor into a trolley. When the man tried to leave the store he was stopped by a staff member who grabbed hold of the trolley and prevented the trolley with tools being taken. The man left the store empty handed and was seen getting into a white Toyota Hilux ute.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with a reddish thin beard and moustache. He was wearing a high-vis shirt, black knee length shorts, black joggers, black baseball cap with sunglasses.
