UPDATE: A 31 year old man from Leederville has been charged with stealing thanks to those who contacted Crime Stoppers.

Around 7.30pm on Tuesday 27 March 2018, a man and a woman entered a fast food premises on The Promenade Ellenbrook.  During this time, as the woman spoke to the staff member, the man used an implement to cut a security chain from the counter to a charity tin.  The charity tin was placed within his clothing and they have both left the store.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as:  Light skinned, approximately 30 years of age, shaved head, ginger stubble, black jumper and black shorts. Has a tattoo on his left hand.

The woman is described as:  Light skinned, approximately 30 years of age, blonde hair in pony tail, blue hooded ‘Brooklyn’ jumper, shorts and thongs carrying a blue bag.
