At around 3.00pm on Monday 16 September 2024, a woman pushing a pram containing two toddlers entered a clothing store on Jull Street in Armadale. The woman was seen on CCTV selecting numerous baby-clothing items and placing them into bags in the bottom and top of the pram. The woman went through the registers paying for two pairs of toddler’s shorts but no payment for the concealed items in her bags.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: white skinned, medium build, between 30 to 35 years of age, with long brown braided hair with the ends highlighted. She was wearing a black t-shirt, light blue jeans, brown sandals and carried a brown backpack.
