Wembley Police are seeking the public’s assistance for information as they investigate a stealing and fraud incident that occurred in Subiaco.
Around 1pm on Monday 18 August, an unknown man stole a wallet from a bag left at an outdoor dining area of a café on Rokeby Road.
The victim had stepped away from the table to place an order when the incident occurred.
Shortly after, the stolen bank card was used to make a fraudulent purchase of more than $2,000.
