Augusta Police are seeking assistance from the public regarding a stealing incident that occurred in Karridale on Sunday, 18 January 2026.

About 5.00pm, the victim parked his boat trailer in the main carpark near the boat ramp on Hamelin Bay Road. Sometime overnight, the trailer was stolen and driven away from the area.

The trailer is silver in colour and is a custom made, tandem axle trailer built to hold a 7.5 metre boat. It has blue plastic skids and rollers; aluminium spoke wheels and a white rim spare tyre. It was bearing WA registration plate AW5201.

The trailer was last seen attached to a silver Holden Adventra station sedan, being towed east along Brockman Highway near Sues Road the following day.
