Broome Police are seeking public assistance as they investigate a stealing incident that occurred in Broome on Thursday, 16 January 2026.

About 5.00am, an unknown person stole a mountain bike from a residence on Whimbrel Street, Broome.

As inquiries continue, police have released a CCTV image of a person they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.

Anyone with information relating to the man’s identity, the incident, or suspicious activity in the area around the time of the incident, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000.
