Wembley Police are seeking public assistance regarding the whereabouts of 51-year-old man, who they believe may be able to assist with an ongoing investigation.
He is described as approximately 180cm tall, with fair skin, of solid build, bald with green eyes and a white beard and moustache.
He is known to frequent the Perth, Subiaco and Fremantle areas.
If sighted, members of the public are advised not to approach this but contact police immediately on 131 444.
