Wembley Police are seeking public assistance as they investigate an assault that occurred in Crawley on Sunday, 17 May 2026.

About 5.30pm, the female victim – aged in her 20s – was seated on a bus when an unknown man, who boarded near Stirling Highway and Winthrop Avenue, approached and assaulted her.

As inquiries continue, officers wish to speak with the male pictured, who they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.

Investigators are urging anyone with information, CCTV, mobile phone vision or who may have witnessed the incident, to contact Crime Stoppers via www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000. Reports can be made anonymously.
