Cannington Detectives are seeking public assistance as they investigate a robbery incident in Cloverdale on Sunday, 31 May 2025.

About 1.50pm, the victim was sitting in the Volcano Playground on Abernethy Road when an unknown male approached him and demanded his e‑scooter. The male produced what appeared to be a knife and threatened the victim, who complied and handed over his property.

A second unknown male remained near the playground entrance who did not physically participate in the incident.

The first male is described as wearing dark jeans, black and red sneakers, and a dark jumper pulled up to obscure the lower half of his face. He was also wearing a light-coloured beanie and was carrying a dark backpack.

The second male was wearing dark shorts, a dark hooded jumper with the hood up, and white sneakers. He was riding a dark‑coloured scooter.

The stolen e‑scooter is described as a black Ducati Pro 1 Evo with orange trim, fitted with a black phone holder on the handle.

Anyone with information relating to this incident, or the identity of the males involved, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers online via www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000.
