Child Abuse Squad Detectives are seeking public assistance as they investigate an incident that occurred in Success on Thursday, 21 May 2025.
About 4.35 pm, an unknown male approached a group of juveniles outside a post office at a shopping centre on Beeliar Drive, where it will be alleged he behaved in an obscene manner.
The male is described as of medium build, with fair skin, long curly orange hair, and a full beard and moustache. He was wearing a black beanie, black shirt, black jacket, dark‑coloured long pants and black and white trainers.
He was last seen leaving the area riding a blue and black mountain bike.
