At around 7:30am on Monday 7 December 2020, a man and a woman were entering the grounds of properties and looking into house and car windows on Churchman Brook Road in Bedfordale.
One resident was at home when the woman knocked on her laundry door and asked her to come outside. The resident suspected the woman was drug affected and did not open the door.
CCTV captures the two people looking into house and car windows on neighbouring properties.
The man was carrying what appeared to be a kettle bell wrapped in a jumper.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man and a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The woman is described as: light skinned, 170cm tall, with long shoulder-length dark red hair. She wore white sneakers, black pants, grey jumper with zip, pink/orange shoulder bag.
The man is described as: light skinned, 185cm tall, with short brown hair, tattoos on upper right arm and a bandage on his right thumb. He wore a red and black shoes, black and green shorts, black t-shirt with purple underarms and a black bum-bag.
