At around 12.15am on Friday 29 April 2022, the victim locked her black Apollo electric bicycle to a bike rack outside a store on Ellen Stirling Boulevard in Innaloo with a chain. Around 45 minutes later the victim returned to the bike rack to find her electric bicycle stolen and the broken chain and lock on the ground where her bicycle had been.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age. He was wearing a black jacket over a black T-shirt with a black ‘Loose Kid’ cap.
