Around 2.45pm on Tuesday 30 July 2019, three women entered a clothing store at a shopping centre on Secret Harbour Boulevard Secret Harbour. The three women separated and went to different parts of the store. One of the women (third pictured), picked up a denim jacket, rolled it up and placed it under her arm.

A female store employee approached the woman as she left the store and asked for her to return the jacket. The woman refused and became abusive towards the staff member.
