Around 3pm on Monday 26 August 2019, a man entered a jewellery store on Read Street Rockingham and asked to try on a necklace. Once he was wearing the necklace that also had a pendant attached, he ran from the store pushing past two staff members including a woman in her 60’s. He left the store still in possession of the jewellery valued at almost $4,000.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: Olive skinned, around 30 years old, dark hair in mullet/rats tail, unshaven and a medium build. He was wearing a white t-shirt with black/red motif, jeans and white thongs. He has tattoos on his right forearm
