Perth Detectives are investigating an aggravated armed robbery incident that occurred at the Claisebrook Train Station, East Perth on Friday 12 October 2018.

It will be alleged the 20 year old male victim had a conversation with a man and woman when he was assaulted by the man, causing him to drop two mobile phones. Those phones were picked up by the woman.

It will be further alleged the man threatened the victim with a glass bottle and stole necklaces from the victim before the man and woman left the area.

Police have charged a 23 year old man of no fixed address with one count of Armed Robbery with Circumstances of Aggravation.

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

She is described as dark skinned with a slim build, 20-25 years of age with long dark hair. She was last seen wearing a grey long sleeved shirt, dark pants and carrying a black bag.
