At around 4:15am on Sunday 28 February 2021 two men were walking along Kingsway in Darch when they were approached by a man on a electric scooter.


The man produced a weapon and demanded the victims’ phone and cash.


The victims handed the man their valuables and he fled on the scooter.


Another man on a scooter was watching from the other side of the road. He joined the first man after the robbery took place and they left the scene together.


Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.


The man is described as: slim/muscular build, approximately 6 foot tall, wearing a black jumper and riding a black electric scooter.
