Fremantle Detectives are seeking information to assist with an investigation into an armed robbery that occurred at a Shopping Centre on North Lake Road in South Lake on Thursday 6 February 2025.
About 3:00pm, the male victim, aged in his 30’s, was filming a video for social media and approaching members of the public offering cash for their belongings.
A male person has approached and stolen the cash from the victim before entering a nearby supermarket.
The victim confronted the male upon exiting the supermarket and was struck several times with a stick before having his mobile phone stolen.
The male is described as Caucasian, approximately 50 years of age, and of slim build. He was wearing a light blue/grey t-shirt with blue lenses sunglasses hanging off his neckline, a faded dark coloured cap with dark sunglasses, yellow and black fingerless gloves, black shoes with white soles and white laces. The male was wearing a black backpack and pushing a black and green e-scooter at the time.
