Merredin Police are seeking public assistance regarding an assault that occurred in Merredin Sunday, 15 February 2026.

About 12.15am, an unknown female has walked past a licenced premises on Barrack Street, before approaching a group of persons outside a dental business on Bates Street.

Subsequently the unknown female pushed a teenage female victim to the ground, before departing on foot in an east direction.

As inquiries continue, police have released the following CCTV images which contains a female that may be able to assist with the investigation.
