At around 2.30am on Sunday 20 February 2022, two men in a blue coloured Ute were in the drive through of a fast food store on Beechboro Road in Beechboro. Staff advised them they were unable to take orders due to a system update. The passenger immediately became angry and exited the Ute and walked into the store brandishing an expandable baton. When confronted by staff the man struck one of the staff members on the hand before striking a store window that cracked. The man was removed by the driver of the Ute.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with short dark hair. He was wearing a red ‘Tommy’ T-shirt, blue knee length shorts and white joggers.
