At approximately 3:15pm on Thursday 3 December 2020 a woman has attacked a teenage girl at a shopping centre in Success.

 

Two women became abusive towards the teenage girl and her mother while shopping. In an attempt to de-escalate the situation, the teenager and her mother left the store. However, one of the women ran after the teenage girl as she tried to run away. The woman has caught the girl, dragged her to the ground and punched her multiple times in the face. The two women have continued to verbally abuse the teenager and her mother following the assault.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The woman is described as: tanned skin, around 18 years old with curly dark hair.
