At around 4.20am on Thursday 20 October 2022, the victim was waiting at the front counter for his order at a fast food store on Bolton Avenue in Burswood. A man walked up to the counter aggressive and abusive towards the victim and store staff. The man suddenly swung his fist at the victim striking the victim’s shoulder. Fearing for his safety the victim retreated into the store kitchen but was followed by the man who swung another fist striking the victim in the face

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with facial hair. He was wearing a black and white Nike tracksuit jumper and pants with white runners and a white cap.
