At around 6.05pm on Friday 17 March 2023, two women were refused entry into a liquor store on Commerce Avenue in Armadale because they were each carrying open cans of alcohol. The women immediately became abusive and started pushing and kicking a staff member before one of the women threw a can of alcohol, which struck the staff member’s chest.

Police have released CCTV images of two women who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The first woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build, with light coloured long hair tied into a ponytail. She was wearing a brown LA Lakers jumper with grey pants and thongs.

The second woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build with auburn shoulder length hair. She was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and thongs.
