Just after 12.35pm Sunday 5 July 2020 a man entered a liquor store on Hillsborough Drive, Nollamara and selected alcohol to purchase.

 

The man took cash from inside a sock he was wearing and offered payment. When the female staff member refused to take the money, the man became frustrated and left the alcohol on the counter. He walked away selected another alcohol item and tried to walk out of the store. The employee stood in the way. He gave up and placed the alcohol down and as he was leaving the store emptyhanded, spat at the employee striking her.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: Light brown skinned, around 40 years of age, medium build with greying facial hair. He was wearing a dark coloured Adidas hooded top.
