ASSAULT – HUGH STREET GUILDFORD – 10 DECEMBER 2024

At around 11.10pm on Tuesday 10 December 2024, the female victim aged in her early 20s was walking home from a train station on Hugh Street in Guildford. Three persons on a white off-road motorcycle and another on a yellow/green motorcycle drove up behind the victim on a bike path and grabbed her bag. The victim held onto her bag and was dragged behind one of the motorcycles, resulting in serious injuries including a broken collar bone. The persons released the bag and drove off towards Meadow Street. The victim continued walking home before being conveyed to the Midland hospital.

Police have released CCTV images of the people who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The persons have been described as wearing off-road bike helmets with visors.
