At around 6pm on Monday 2 December 2024, the victim was walking their dog using an extendable lead at a dog park on Kent Street in Cannington. The dog approached an unknown man in a friendly manner. To the victim’s surprise, the man kicked the dog. The victim yelled at the man to stop attacking her dog. The man approached the victim and pushed her.
Police have released CCTV images of the man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: dark skinned, large build with a bald head and dark facial hair. He was wearing a white top, dark shorts and dark shoes.
