At around 4:40pm on Tuesday 30 March 2021, the male victim was standing at the entrance to an arcade on Murray Street in Perth checking emails on his phone.

A man unknown to the victim walked up to him and punched the victim to his head and walked away into the arcade. The man suddenly turned around and walked back to the victim and punched him to his mouth and then walked away along Murray Street.

The male victim did not require medical attention as a result of the assault.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: fair skinned, medium build with a shaved head. He was wearing a dark blue T-shirt, blue long trousers without shoes.
