At around 6.40am on Tuesday 20 July 2021, the victim was standing at a bus shelter on Newcastle Street in Perth, when a man unknown to the victim ran at the bus shelter and kicked the Perspex glass on the bus shelter. The man then took four quick steps towards the victim and leapt into the air and struck the victim’s body with his shoulder without saying anything and then walked off.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 50 to 60 years of age with a long grey beard, He was wearing a dark coloured beanie, a navy blue jumper with black trousers and grey joggers.
