Fremantle Police are seeking public assistance with an investigation into an assault incident in Fremantle on Saturday 22 March 2025.

At around 12:15am, the victim was at a festival on Tydeman Road when he was told an unknown man had burnt his friend’s hand with a lighter.

The group moved away but were later approached by the same man, who then exposed himself and urinated beside them.

When the victim asked him to leave, the man initially walked off.

However, as the group headed towards their vehicle, the man circled back, approached the victim from behind, and punched him in the face, causing him to fall.

The victim was conveyed to the hospital and was treated for a nasal fracture.
