At around 9.00pm on Friday 29 July 2022, two friends were waiting for a train on the platform at a train station on Victoria Park Drive in Burswood. One of the friends heard a commotion behind him and turned around to see his mate on the ground bleeding with a man standing over him. The friend questioned the man who then punched the second friend in the face before walking away.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 40 to 45 years of age with short receding fair hair. He was wearing a black jacket over a white T-shirt, black trousers with dark coloured joggers.
