Joondalup Detectives are seeking public assistance as they investigate a serious assault and burglary incident in Yanchep on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.

About 11.30pm, an unknown male entered a home on Yabbra Entrance and assaulted the homeowner, a man aged in his 60s, before leaving the area by unknown means.

The offender is described as being approximately 175cm tall, with a medium build.  He was wearing a denim jacket with hoodie, black shorts, and black shoes

Investigators have released a composite image of a man who they believe may be able to assist with inquiries.
