At around 7.50pm on Sunday 12 September 2021, two persons approached the rear security screen door of a Deli on Beach Road in Malaga, where two victims were preparing food in the kitchen. One of the persons carrying an axe, finding the security door locked, started hitting the screen on the door with the axe, yelling out at the two victims, “Give me your money or I will shoot you”. The victims ran out the front of the Deli and both persons were seen on CCTV running off from the back door.

Police have released CCTV images of two persons who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The first person is described as: light skinned with a slim build wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black runners and a white ‘Lakers’ baseball cap.

The second person is described as: light skinned with a slim build wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black runners and a ‘New York Yankees’ baseball cap.
