At around 1.25am on Saturday 19 October 2024, the owner of a business on Bay View Terrace in Claremont received a front door alarm notification at his business. CCTV recorded a man approach the front doors of the business and attempt to open them. The man failed to gain entry and eventually walked away.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age with short brown hair. He was wearing a blue jacket, black pants, thongs and sunglasses.
