Around 12.00pm on Tuesday 14 April 2020 a man noticed a tow truck reversing up to his car which was parked in a carpark on Corvus Place in Rockingham.
After going outside the man has found two men who had called the tow truck in an attempt to steal the vehicle. The men offered to buy the car before leaving the area on bicycles.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
