Between 5.30am and 6.30am on Thursday 9 February 2023, a brown wallet and pink purse containing bank cards and some cash were removed from an apartment unit on Adelaide Terrace in East Perth. It is unknown how the offenders got into the apartment. Later that day a total of 25 fraudulent purchases were made using the bank cards stolen.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with short dark hair shaved on the back and sides and a thin moustache and goatee. He was wearing a dark coloured long-sleeved jumper, beige pants and sunglasses.
