Around 5.45am on Tuesday 19 February 2019, a man dressed in a white short dress over a pair of jeans gained entry to a basement car park on Angwin Street East Fremantle.

Once inside, the man removed an electric bicycle and left the car park.

The electric bicycle is described as an E-go Urban cruiser, black in colour and valued at around $2,000 (similar to the one pictured).

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: Medium build, bald/shaven head, wearing a white short dress over blue jeans and red runners. He has tattoos on his right forearm.
