At around 3:40pm on Tuesday 1 December 2020 a man gained entry to a residence on Lindsay Street in Perth.

 

He can be seen lurking around the area prior to gaining entry to a property.

 

The man rummaged through cupboards and drawers inside the residence.

 

CCTV captures the man leaving the residence in possession of items.

 

A drone and associated equipment were missing when the resident returned.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: olive skinned, average build, with short black hair. He wore a black hooded jumper, blacl track pants, black socks and black shoes.
