Between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Saturday 21 March 2020 a house was entered on Marine Terrace Fremantle and a handbag was stolen from inside.
A stolen bank card has then been used to fraudulently purchase items on four occasions in the Fremantle and Westgate areas.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: fair skin, slim build with chin length, straight blond hair, wearing a dark grey jacket and black shirt.
