As the man entered the front door, he was confronted by the home owner and the man left in a hurry. He left behind a bicycle and a backpack and managed to yell a threat towards the homeowner as he left.

The man was seen to walk to a nearby park before losing sight of him. A check of the backpack revealed items believed to be stolen from burglaries in the area.
