Perth Detectives are appealing for public assistance as they investigate an aggravated burglary and armed robbery incident that occurred in East Perth on Friday 15 August 2025.
About 9.00pm, an unknown male broke into a premises on Goderich Street, threatened the residents and demanded cash and mobile telephones.

He is described as approximately 175cm tall, of medium build, wearing a white mask, black jumper, blue jeans and brown boots.
Police believe the person in this video may be able to assist with their inquiries.
