At around 12.00pm on Tuesday 21 March 2023, the victim was doing some gardening at his home on Somerset Crescent in Mosman Park and had the garage door up. Unknown offenders went into the garage and removed the victim’s wallet from inside his unlocked vehicle parked in the garage. A bank card inside the stolen wallet was used to make eight fraudulent purchases in Beaconsfield that afternoon.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age, short dark hair, some facial hair with tattoos on both arms. He was wearing a white ‘Track Side’ t-shirt, dark coloured shorts, camo cap with socks and white sliders.
