At around 2:00am on Monday 8 February 2021 a vehicle was set alight on Sekem Street in North Perth.
A man rode an electric bike to the address. He used accelerant to set a vehicle on fire beflore fleeing on the bike.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, solid build, with a shaved head. He wore a plaid shirt, black pants and carried a red backpack.
