At around 12:30am on Thursday 17 December 2020 damage was caused to CCTV cameras at a playground on Abernethy Road in Belmont.

 

CCTV footage captures two men climbing the fence into a playground. One of the men has climbed a light pole. While atop the light pole the man has made inappropriate gestures to the cameras before pulling them down causing them to break.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of two men who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The first man is described as: light skinned, slim build, short hair, wearing two toned t-shirt, jeans, bumbag across the chest.

The second man is described as: light skinned, meduim build, short hair, wearing t-shirt & shorts.
