At around 2.00pm on Wednesday 14 December 2022, a man is seen on CCTV approach the front door of a unit in an apartment block on Adelaide Terrace in East Perth and attempt to open a key lock box mounted to the wall. The man left and returned a short time later and attempted unsuccessfully to open the lock box again. The lock box was damaged as a result of his attempts.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age and bald. He was wearing a black jacket over a dark coloured singlet, black trousers, black shoes with spectacles.
