At around 10.55pm on Friday 16 February 2024, a man is seen on CCTV climb up the side of a shopping centre on Joondalup Drive in Joondalup and use a can of black spray paint to write the letters, ‘ZOEY$’ and ‘TR!’ in two separate locations on the wall.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 20 to 25 years of age with brown brush cut hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts with white sneakers and was carrying a black backpack.
