At around 9.00pm on Friday 21 July 2023, CCTV records a woman behaving in an erratic manner on Francis Street in Perth by stepping onto the street in front of vehicles. The woman is seen step out in front of the victim’s vehicle and shout out that they should hit her with their vehicle. The victim remained stationary and the woman struck the windscreen causing it to break before she wandered off down the street.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 20 to 30 years of age with black collar length hair. She was wearing a black hooded jumper, black pants and white joggers.
