At around 11.50pm on Friday 16 February, an unknown man walked out of a parking complex on Roe Street in Northbridge. As he exited the complex, the man was seen on CCTV punch and kick the boom gate, rendering it inoperative.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: slim build, dark skinned with dark hair and facial hair. The man was wearing a black Raiders jacket, dark jeans and white shoes.
