At around 9.30pm on Monday 22 March 2021 a man ran up to a CCTV camera mounted on the exterior of a building on St Georges Terrace in Perth.
The man then punched the camera with his fist damaging the camera and rendering it inoperable.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: fair skinned, slim build with dark brown shoulder length hair, a goatee and moustache. He was wearing a black T-shirt and black jeans with sunglasses on his head.
