At around 11.30pm on Friday 17 February 2023, the victim with two friends, returned to her parked car outside a licensed venue on Tydeman Road North in Fremantle. As the victim reversed out of the parking bay, an unknown man walked up to the front passenger door in an aggressive manner. The man placed his hands on the roof of the victim’s car and struck the side of the door twice with his knee causing a significant dent.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, medium build, between 55 to 65 years of age, grey hair, long grey beard and moustache. He was wearing a chequered black and white shirt, black trousers with spectacles on top of his head.
